Training at Masry (Egyptian) Rowing Club 06:30 - 08:30 am

Breakfast at Rowing club

Day trip to Ain Sokhna (Red Sea Resort) 90 km from Cairo, leaving at 09:30 am from Masry (Egyptian) Rowing Club. (Invitation by Karim Saada for the guests, the hosting families)(No. 30 -40)

Bring swimming suit, towels, sunblock. (it is warm during the day and cold during the evening)

Return to rowing club around 19:00

Back home with host families
